Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Goti Time mobile game, website and online services. By using Goti Time, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may use Goti Time
You must be able to agree to these terms under the laws where you live. If you are below the age at which you can agree independently, a parent or guardian must review these terms, supervise your use and manage any recovery email.
Your player
You are responsible for your chosen player name and activity. Do not use a name or avatar in a way that impersonates another person, infringes rights, reveals a child’s private information, or is abusive, unlawful or misleading. Email recovery is optional. Keep access to the linked mailbox secure.
Fair and respectful play
Use Goti Time for personal entertainment. Do not cheat, automate play, exploit faults, interfere with matchmaking, harass players, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected online services, or disrupt the service. We may restrict or remove accounts that threaten players, systems or fair play.
Online service
Internet access is required for online matchmaking, invitations, recovery and server history. Availability is not guaranteed. Matches may end through resignation, timeout, disconnection or rule enforcement. We may change balancing, rules and features to improve the game.
Ownership
Goti Time’s software, visual design, original characters, artwork, sounds, name and related materials are owned by or licensed to the publisher and protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game as provided.
Updates and stores
You may need to install updates to continue using online features. Apple, Google and other distribution platforms may apply their own terms. The platform is not responsible for services provided directly by Goti Time except where its terms or law say otherwise.
Disclaimers and liability
Goti Time is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use and deletion
You may stop using Goti Time at any time. You can delete your player and associated data inside the app or use our account deletion instructions. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements or security risks.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
